This is a simple US policy for a small informational and lead-generation site. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, we collect the fields you enter: name, phone number, ZIP code, service type, and message, plus the page URL and a topic keyword from that page. We may also receive standard technical data from your browser or host (IP address, date/time, user agent) in server logs.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment cards, or medical records. Do not put those in the message box.
How we use it
- To operate the site and respond to your request.
- To share your request with licensed local septic companies so they can contact you about the job you described.
- To improve pages and prevent spam or abuse.
- To comply with law if we are legally required to disclose information.
Submitting the form means you ask us to pass that information to one or more licensed local companies.
Sharing
We share quote-form data with licensed local septic companies that we believe serve your ZIP. Those companies are independent. Their privacy practices are their own. We do not sell your information as a standalone data product to unrelated third parties. We may use hosting, email, or form-processing vendors who process data on our behalf to run the site.
We do not currently run third-party ad-network tracking scripts on these pages. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies or similar storage needed for the form to work. We may add basic analytics later (pages viewed, approximate location from IP). We do not use the quote form to run credit checks.
Retention
We keep form submissions long enough to pass them to local companies and to handle follow-up or disputes, then delete or archive them on a reasonable schedule unless law requires longer. Server logs are kept according to our host’s defaults or a short operational window.
Your choices (US)
You can email alexpupich@yahoo.com to ask what form data we have, to request correction or deletion, or to ask us not to share a future request. If a company already received your lead, you will also need to contact that company. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding access, deletion, and correction; we do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood for data-broker sales. If you call or text a contractor who received your request, that company’s calling and texting practices (including TCPA) are theirs—read any consent language they provide.
Do not submit a form for someone else without their permission.
Children
This site is for adults making household service decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and changes
No website is perfectly secure. We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small site. We may update this policy; the date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
