About Septic Cost Guide

Septic Cost Guide publishes independent, plain-language cost information for residential septic pumping, inspections, and related homeowner questions. The 2026 dollar ranges are planning figures, not bids. Soil, access, tank size, and local permits change the invoice. We do not pump tanks, inspect systems, or design fields.

If you use the quote form, we share your request with licensed local septic companies that serve your area when the site is operating as a live referral. We are not those companies, and a form submission is not a contract with us or with them. See Privacy for what we collect.

Who runs this

The site is owned by Samuel Pupich, who goes by Alex, in California. Alex is a veteran living with a disability; this is a small independent site, not a government program and not a ranking pitch. Editorial copy is written to be useful, not to impersonate a Wake County office or a named contractor.
